Kitty is a doll with two black pigtails, tied off with red ribbons. She has red eyes and black lipstick. She is in a cheer uniform with long sleeves, the Living Dead Dolls logo, a red collar, and a red and black pleated skirt. She has black shoes with red accents and white socks. Her accessories are a a pair of red and black yarn pom-poms and a black bullhorn with "Satan!" on it in red lettering.
